🍫 Heavenly Chocolate Peanut Butter Cheesecake 🥜
Ingredients:
– 🧀 Cream Cheese – 450 g (16 oz), softened
– 🥜 Peanut Butter – 240 g (1 cup), creamy
– 🍬 Sugar – 200 g (1 cup)
– 🍪 Chocolate Cookies – 200 g (about 2 cups, crushed)
– 🧈 Butter – 100 g (1/2 cup), melted
– 🥛 Heavy Cream – 240 ml (1 cup)
– 🥚 Eggs – 3 large
– 🌿 Vanilla Extract – 1 teaspoon
Instructions:
1. Prepare the crust: Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed chocolate cookies and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are well coated. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 23 cm (9-inch) springform pan to form an even layer. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let it cool.
