Ingredients:
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup almond flour, 2 large eggs, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, Pizza sauce, Toppings of choice (pepperoni, bell peppers, etc.)
Directions:
1. Preheat your waffle maker.
2. In a bowl, mix together mozzarella cheese, almond flour, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
3. Spray the waffle maker with cooking spray and pour half of the batter into it.
4. Cook for about 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
5. Carefully remove the chaffle and repeat with the remaining batter.
6. Place the chaffles on a baking sheet, spread pizza sauce over each, and add your favorite toppings.
7. Bake in the oven at 400°F for 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted.
8. Serve hot and enjoy!
